It’s Groundhog Day, royal pregnancy edition. Three years almost to the day after announcing her second pregnancy (Princess Charlotte), Prince William and Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, announced they are expecting Royal Baby No. 3. Their Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that the Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their third child.
